DAI Fleming Fund Country Grant to Indonesia is looking for

Liaison Assistant (STTA)

Jakarta Base

 

Background

The Fleming Fund Country Grant to Indonesia is supporting the government in implementing the National Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) Action Plan. The fund supports strategies to monitor and contain AMR, to monitor antimicrobial consumption and use (AMC/U), and to improve antimicrobial stewardship. The Fleming Fund Country Grant Indonesia is being implemented by a consortium led by DAI with national and international partners. The implementation of the Fund adopts a One Health approach supporting activities across the human, terrestrial animal, and aquatic animal sectors. The project seeks to strengthen current surveillance of AMR and AMU/C by working closely with the Ministries of Health, Agriculture and Marine Affairs and Fisheries and provincial counterparts to support capacity development in relation to laboratories and testing, surveillance, and information management. The project will also support and seek to engage private sector interests including healthcare providers and animal production industry stakeholders.

 

Purpose of This Post

The DAI Fleming Fund Country Grant to Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the short time position of Liaison Assistant.

 

Description of Duties

 

  1. Assist the Liaison Officer in setting up and organizing meetings for DAI with key stakeholders, and/or with any other agencies or persons if so requested, including organizing meeting spaces.
  2. Maintain detailed and accurate record of meetings including agendas, meeting minutes, follow up /action points. Details of meetings held or cancelled, should also be maintained.
  3. Deliver documents to all the interested parties and similarly receive documents from both external and internal parties.
  4. Assist in preparation of payment documents such as payment to enumerators, to resource persons, to moderators and to participant based on invoices.
  5. Provides administrative support during online and offline events. Assist in preparing attendance lists and making sure they are completed and signed by the participants.
  6. Ensuring vetting are obtained and filed for the individual who participates in meeting, workshop, and/or FGD
  7. Schedule and arrange ground transportation to all users on the project
  8. Ensure proper documentation is collected and filed for financial settlement and other reporting requirements
  9. Performing other duties consistent with the overall focus of the assignment as assigned by the Liaison Officer

 

Qualifications and Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent in a relevant field. 
  • Minimum of 5 years' demonstrated experience in a related role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strongly preferred

  • Relevant experience working on DFID contract in a related role.
  • Relevant experience working with Ministry of Health, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Fisheries and Marine Affairs.
  • Familiarity with SBM (Standar Biaya Masukan) No. 83/PMK.02/2022.
  • Expertise in events administration and familiarity with finance processes and requirements.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in DAI administration and event logistics policies and procedures (TAMIS system) is an advantage.

·       Excellent communication skills and spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia.

 

Supervision

The Liaison Assistant will work closely and under the direct supervision of Liaison Officer.

 

Level of Effort/Timeline

Period of performance for this assignment depends on events period that will be conducted starting from October 2023 to December 2023 with up to 45 (forty five) of LOE (Level of Effort).
