USAID MEL-P invites Health Insurance providers to participate in the Insurance Plan Bid. This insurance program will be used as of January 1, 2024 with a total of 39 participants.

2. Insurance License
3. Letter of Assignment
4. Bank Statement
5. Company Profile
Interested offerors shall request a copy of the RFQ no later than 17h00 Jakarta Time on Friday October 27, 2023, by sending an email to procurement@panagoraindonesia.net with the subject line RFQ "Insurance Plan for USAID MEL-P's staff and dependents".
