Yayasan WWF Indonesia, an independent national conservation organization, is part of a global network of WWF. WWF-ID is seeking the best candidate for the Portfolio Manager for Plastic Smart Cities Project. This position will be based in Jakarta, and report directly to the National No Plastic In Nature Coordinator.
This position will support the Plastic Smart Cities (PSC) 2 Project of No Plastic in Nature Program Leads and in collaboration with the WWF-Indonesia PSC 2 Project Team, in implementing the PSC 2 project for managing appointed partners and contribute to project implementation proposal design, including work plan and budget estimation, monitoring and evaluation plan, identification of risks and application of safeguards, according to WWF standards.
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree majoring in Social Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Communication, Education, or other relevant majors with a minimum of 10 years experience (Or Master's degree with a minimum of 7 years experience) in project management with engagement with the private sector.
- Have exposure and experience in waste management (plastic)
- Policy analysis
- Must be able to handle a wide work variety and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong data analytical and reporting skills.
- Proven experience creating targeted content is advantageous.
- S/he must be experienced and mature; capable of working independently, and have managerial and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
