REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

The Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the World Bank have agreed on support for preparing and implementing the One Map program (5-years IBRD financing project) – (the "Project"), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for individual consultant service as a UI/UX Specialist. The assignment is expected to start in February 2024 to June 2024.

The position will carry out responsibility for supporting the development of SmartLand Indonesia under the SmartLand Indonesia Phase Two (SLI – 2), including:

1. Evaluate and collect all user requirements to provide design and implementation of all user interface and experiences when interacting with SLI and its features

2. Develop design concepts, use sitemaps, process flows and storyboards for SLI systems.

3. Create a graphic user interface such as tabs, widgets and menu for SLI systems.

4. Experience in Wireframing and Designing Skills

5. Working together with Frontend developer

The Consultant shall have the following minimum qualifications and experience:

1. Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Design, Multimedia, Informatics Systems, Computer Science or related field

2. At least 5 years of experience on IT Web Developments projects

3. Experience designing wireframes, low and high-resolution concepts, and working prototypes

4. Having the ability to create and improve design solutions for applications that are based on user- centered design techniques

PMU of Program to Accelerate Agrarian Reform (One Map Project) now invites candidates to indicate the interest in providing the services.
