REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

The Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the World Bank have agreed on support for preparing and implementing the One Map program (5-years IBRD financing project) – (the "Project"), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for individual consultant service as a GIS Developer. The assignment is expected to start in February 2024 to June 2024.

The position will carry out responsibility for supporting the development of SmartLand Indonesia under the SmartLand Indonesia Phase Two (SLI – 2), including:

1. Develop the Smartland Indonesia, including data exchange especially spatial feature with the Ministry of ATR/BPN system environment

2. Develop the Smartland Indonesia portal equipped with automatic data verification functionalities for validating data survey

3. Develop and maintain the user-facing aspects of SLI and its features (Spatial Aspect)

4. Working together with backend/frontend developer to build SLI

5. Carry out coding Spatial: Interface and back end with Javascript and SQL

6. Integrate the Smartland Indonesia portal with other systems in the Ministry of ATR/BPN The Consultant shall have the following minimum qualifications and experience:

1. Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Geodetics, Geoscience, Informatics Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field

2. At least 5 years of experience in the related field

3. Having experience with one of these programming languages, such as Java, PostgreSQL, PostGIS, NodeJS, and JSON

4. Having an understanding of HTML, CSS, Java Script

5. Familiar with Geojson, Geoserver, WMS and WFS is plus

6. Proficiency in technical skills related to spatial data management
