Quality Assurance Specialist (Consulting Services-Individual Consultant)

REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

The Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the World Bank have agreed on support for preparing and implementing the One Map program (5-years IBRD financing project) – (the "Project"), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for individual consultant service as a Quality Assurance Specialist. The assignment is expected to start in April 2024 to August 2024.

The position will carry out responsibility for supporting the development of SmartLand Indonesia under the SmartLand Indonesia Phase Two (SLI – 2), including:

1. Plan a testing strategy that includes functional testing, non-functional testing, and regression testing

2. Create and maintain test documents, including test scenarios, test cases, and test reports

3. Identify and track bugs or other quality issues and submit bug reports to the development team

4. Oversee continuous quality monitoring throughout the development cycle

5. Document and compile all important data in a written document

The Consultant shall have the following minimum qualifications and experience:

1. Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Informatics Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field

2. At least 3 years of experience in the related field

3. Have an understanding of system design and implementation concepts

4. Having experience in creating clear and detailed test documents, including test scenarios, test cases, and test reports

5. Having Experience with various testing methods, including functional testing, non-functional testing, and regression testing

PMU of Program to Accelerate Agrarian Reform (One Map Project) now invites candidates to indicate the interest in providing the services. S/he must provide information indicating that s/he is qualified to perform the services by attaching mandatory documents (CV and Cover Letter highlighting candidates' suitability to the above-mentioned qualification and experience) and supporting documents if available (any certificates relevant to the position).
