System Architecture & Designer (Consulting Services-Individual Consultant)

REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

The Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the World Bank have agreed on support for preparing and implementing the One Map program (5-years IBRD financing project) – (the "Project"), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for individual consultant service as a System Architecture & Designer. The assignment is expected to start in February 2024 to March 2024.

The position will carry out responsibility for supporting the development of SmartLand Indonesia under the SmartLand Indonesia Phase Two (SLI – 2), including:

1. Plan and design the overall structure of Smartland Indonesia, including the data exchange feature with the Ministry of ATR/BPN system environment by considering aspects such as security, performance, scalability, and the ability to integrate with other systems

2. Create diagrams and documentation to describe the structure and flow of data in the system

3. Identify and address potential weak points in system design that could impact performance The Consultant shall have the following minimum qualifications and experience:

1. Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Informatics Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field

2. at least 5 years of experience in the related field

3. Having a deep understanding of system design and implementation concepts

4. Having a deep understanding of cloud architecture and have experiences in cloud implementation.

5. Having experience in designing and implementing microservices system for SLI environment

6. Experience with architectural models and diagrams using tools such as UML (Unified Modeling Language)

7. Design a secure and robust SLI System Architecture

8. Proficiency in technical skills related to spatial data management

PMU of Program to Accelerate Agrarian Reform (One Map Project) now invites candidates to indicate the interest in providing the services.
