Frontend Programmer (Consulting Services-Individual Consultant)

REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

The Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the World Bank have agreed on support for preparing and implementing the One Map program (5-years IBRD financing project) – (the "Project"), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for individual consultant service as a Frontend Programmer. The assignment is expected to start in February 2024 to June 2024.

The position will carry out responsibility for supporting the development of SmartLand Indonesia under the SmartLand Indonesia Phase Two (SLI – 2), including:

1. Develop the Smartland Indonesia frontend, according to best practises.

2. Create Smartland Indonesia portal frontend designed to display and process data survey based on SLI design into front-end code with html, css and javascript.

3. Work with backend developers to integrate ui components with API and database.

4. Maintain user-facing aspects of Smartland Indonesia and its features

5. Debug error, troubleshooting issues and perform routine performance optimization

6. Write high quality scaleable and reusable code.

The Consultant shall have the following minimum qualifications and experience:

1. Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Informatics Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field

2. at least 10 years of experience on IT Web Development projects

3. Having experience with programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (JS/jQuery)

4. Proficiency in technical skills related to spatial data management

PMU of Program to Accelerate Agrarian Reform (One Map Project) now invites candidates to indicate the interest in providing the services.
