[Finance Controller]

About YCAB :

YCAB Foundation (1999) is the founding and flagship organization in the YCAB Social Enterprise Group, which bases its operations on a mutually reinforcing and financially sustainable social change model.

YCAB Social Enterprise Group which includes several for-profit entities that offer products and services to emerging consumers including mission-driven microfinance to low-income women entrepreneurs, conditional upon their child enrollment to school. YCAB's change model has one clear mission which is to improve welfare through education and innovative financing. YCAB aims to vitalize underprivileged youths to become self-reliant through economic empowerment and education, bringing them from mere subsistence to sustainable livelihood. YCAB believes in the power of education to improve welfare. To date, YCAB has brought impact five millions underprivileged youths and hundreds of thousands of low income families. YCAB is now exploring ways to implement the last link in its change model, that is, to create a sustainable system whereby students who graduate and become entrepreneurs or employed can pay it forward. They do this by giving back or investing in capital market products to help grow and scale YCAB's mission-driven microfinance so that YCAB can empower even more youths to take control of their own destiny.

Responsibilities:

1. Familiar with Finance, Accounting & Tax Department Activities of Foundation or Non Profit Organization
2. Monitoring financial transactions, accounting, and budgeting operations;
3. Overseeing timely financial and tax reports of Foundation and 3 affiliate companies;
4. Providing a timely report to management and developing projection plans for growth;
5. Ensuring the foundation's financial health by overseeing all financial planning and analysis;
6. Ensuring compliance with statutory law, finance, and tax regulation
7. Evaluate and manage risk and opportunities;
8. Coordinating with internal and external parties for any financial-related information;
9. Support FA Department's training, development, and growth;
10. Evaluate Standard Operating Procedures for FA Department.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance;
2. Minimum of 2-5  years in a managerial position with prefered as Financial Controller;
3. Experience working in a non-profit organization is prioritized;
4. Good Communication for Formal Business Presentation and Daily Conversation in English (Speaking and Written)
5. Showcases growth mindset, excellent communication, and critical thinking skills;
6. Possess comprehensive technical skills in the field of accounting, tax, finance, and budgeting.
7. Execellent knowledge in finance and accounting principles and functional areas as well as its regulation.

Deliverable/Outputs :

1. Annual budgeting
2. Expense report for ongoing project and department on monthly basis.
3. Authorization for all payment transactions.
4. Financial projection of Organization.
5. SOP for FA Department.
6. Risk and  Opportunities list for FA Department.
7. Reviewed monthly and annual financeial statement and tax reports.

Report to : Treasurer & CEO

Subordinate : Head of Finance & Accounting, Finance Officer, Accounting & Tax Officer.

Location : West Jakarta, Indonesia (Full WFO)
