Background
Yayasan Integritas Justitia Madani Indonesia (IJMI) is a newly established non-profit organization founded in March 2023. The IJMI office has recently relocated to a new building. To enhance IJM Indonesia's identity, a small-scale renovation and refurbishment are needed.
To achieve this, IJMI seeks to engage an independent interior designer or contractor to design and renovate its office. The selected professional will develop an affordable and functional interior refurbishment plan, which includes wall panels, sandblast installation for glass walls, and A3-size acrylic wall panels to showcase IJMI's branding and visibility.
Objectives
The key objectives of this project are:
1. To create an interior design concept that reflects IJMI's identity while maintaining affordability.
2. To renovate and refurbish the IJMI office in accordance with the approved design.
Scope of Work
The interior designer/contractor will be responsible for:
1. Conduct a site visit to take measurements and discuss renovation expectations with the IJMI focal point.
2. Developing an interior design plan that includes
a. Wall panels
b. Sandblast installation for glass walls
c. A3-size acrylic wall panels for branding materials
3. Executing the renovation and refurbishment based on the approved design.
Contractor Qualifications
The selected contractor must meet the following criteria:
1. Proven experience in interior design and construction work.
2. Knowledge of interior and building materials, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality refurbishment.
3. Ability to deliver creative and functional designs within a specified budget and timeline.
4. Strong portfolio of previous interior renovation projects, preferably in office settings.
Expression of Interest Submission
Interested firms or individuals should submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) to the Operations Unit at indonesiainfo@ijm.org no later than 7th March 2025, 15:00 WIB.
Shortlisted contractors will be invited for a site visit in the following weeks.
After the site visit, contractors must submit a detailed proposal that includes:
1. A design concept, cost breakdown, and estimated timeline.
2. A list of key staff involved, along with their qualifications and experience.
3. An overview of previous interior design and renovation projects.
