- Design and manage integrated training and technical assistance programs focusing on core business skills: financial literacy, small-scale business management, marketing, and digital technologies (e.g., social media, e-commerce).
- Lead the implementation of capacity building programs, ensuring the effective delivery of training modules and establishing peer-support groups for mother entrepreneurs.
- Provide direct technical guidance and advisory services to mothers to help them apply new financial and business knowledge, including business progress monitoring and mentorship.
- Continuously review and update training curricula to ensure relevance and alignment with best practices in micro-enterprise development and the digital economy.
- Actively build and manage relationships with key external stakeholders, including NGOs, government agencies, and the private sector, to secure support and enhance awareness of the Mother Learn program.
- Coordinate with the microfinance team to ensure mothers receive necessary resources, such as working capital and microfinance loans.
- Collaborate with the RME unit to assist in tracking program progress, measuring the impact of capacity improvements, and assessing the increase in Mother's Small Business Revenue Growth.
- Utilize monitoring data to assess whether mothers are successfully applying new knowledge and use these insights for strategic program improvement.
- Contribute to strategic planning to address systemic barriers and ensure the long-term growth and quality of mother-owned businesses.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Social Science, Gender Studies, Economics, Business Administration, Management, International Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in program management, technical assistance, or capacity building specifically related to mother's economic empowerment or ultra micro-enterprise development.
- Demonstrated experience in providing direct training and advisory services to individuals or organizations on topics like financial literacy and business management.
- Proven experience in private sector engagement and/or working with government agencies and civil society organizations.
- Experience in a lead or supervisory role is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and coach clients on multi-faceted business concepts and drive business progress monitoring.
- Deep awareness of the unique economic and social challenges faced by ultra-microentrepreneurial mother.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for training delivery, stakeholder reporting, and advocacy.
- Ability to influence, motivate, and lead program execution while effectively working with diverse internal teams (e.g., finance, field staff) and external partners.
- Creative and practical problem-solving skills to address on-the-ground business challenges faced by beneficiaries.
