Background
Acicis is a global organisation who provides study abroad experiences to Indonesia. We are a leading non-profit consortium, partnering with 20 members from Australia and the Netherlands to help bring these extraordinary experiences to the world. Acicis runs study abroad programs across a wide range of disciplines including sciences, business, law, international relations, health and more.
In Indonesia, Acicis operates through a non-profit foundation known as Yayasan ACICIS Studi Indonesia. Acicis currently employs more than 25 full-time staff in Indonesia in offices located in Yogyakarta, Jakarta and Bandung. Our services include providing pastoral care for students, developing programs, delivering inter-city tours, etc.
As part of organization support for employee health insurance, we are currently seeking a reputable and qualified insurance services provider to provide healthcare protection for all eligible employees and their dependents.
Health Insurance Period
The insurance period from May 2026 – May 2027.
Eligibility Criteria
The criteria of provider:
a. Previous working with non-profit organizations or similar entities is preference.
b. Having a good reputation in providing services with clients.
c. Flexible and willing to accommodate the organization's specific needs.
d. Have a wide network of partner hospitals across Indonesia and overseas.
e. Provide 24/7 customer care services.
f. Cashless system, swipe card, and reimbursement method with apps is preferable.
g. Have appointed an account officer to support the customer care.
h. Collaborate with online health services (ie. Halodoc, Alodoc, etc.)
Proposal Requirements
The submitted proposal should include the following information:
a. Company profile with relevant experiences.
b. Detailed premium for medical insurance (inpatient and outpatient)
c. Detailed policy and claim process.
d. Partner hospital and network in Indonesia.
e. Renewal policy and process.

Please note that the qualified companies who meet all the requirements will be invited to present the proposal.
