REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR SYARIAH HEALTH INSURANCE SERVICE PROVIDER

Dear All Potential Syariah Health Insurance Companies,
Warm greetings from Yayasan Relief Islami Indonesia (YRII).
YRII hereby invites experienced and officially licensed Syariah-based health insurance providers to submit proposal for the provision of Syariah Health Insurance Services for all YRII staff for the period 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026.
For evaluation purposes, please provide your technical proposal, administrative documents, and detailed scope of services.
Supporting Data for Staff Health Insurance
To assist in preparing your benefit plan proposal and premium estimations, below is a summary of supporting staff data (full details are provided in the attached document):

Submission Requirements
All proposals must be submitted in PDF format and sent to Email Address: irid.procurement@islamic-relief.or.id
Submission Deadline, before 22 December 2022 at 17:00 WIB
Quotations submitted after the deadline will not be considered for evaluation.
Brief Scope of Services
Provision of comprehensive Syariah-compliant health insurance benefits in accordance with applicable akad principles:
- Fast, transparent, and easily accessible claims services.
- Adequate hospital and clinic provider network to accommodate staff across all YRII operational areas.
- Appointment of a dedicated Account Manager and 24/7 customer service.
- Full compliance with Syariah standards and OJK regulations.
