- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, consulting, partnerships, or B2B engagement.
- Experience engaging private sector clients through proposals, tenders, or structured partnerships.
- Familiarity with sustainability advisory topics (e.g. SBTi, GHG accounting, CDP).
- Strong capability in stakeholder engagement, pitching, and client-facing presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple engagements.
- Willing to travel and engage directly with clients and partners.
