- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Min. 2–3 years of experience in IT support, website development, or system administration.
- Strong experience in WordPress development and website management.
- Solid knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP) and basic databases.
- Experience managing email systems, user accounts, and collaboration tools (Microsoft 365 preferred).
- Ability to troubleshoot IT and website issues independently and deliver practical solutions.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced consulting environment.
