Humanis works with grassroots communities across Southeast Asia to advance rights and freedoms through three impact areas: Gender Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (GEDI); Civic Rights in the Digital Age (CRiDA); and Climate Justice.
We are looking for a Consultant (Individual/Team) to conduct a Political Economy and Civic Space Context Research, specifically on Gender, Climate, and Digital Rights, in the Philippines and Timor-Leste.
Interested consultants are invited to submit a letter of expression of interest, together with CV(s) and a summary of relevant experience delivering similar studies to hr@humanis.foundation by 18 January 2026 with email subject : "Context Analyst_(Country)"
Priority will be given to locally based consultants with demonstrated country knowledge and experience relevant to the scope of this assignment.
