Humanis works with grassroots communities across Southeast Asia to advance rights and freedoms through three impact areas: Gender Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (GEDI); Civic Rights in the Digital Age (CRiDA); and Climate Justice.
We are seeking a Project Manager to manage the portfolio for the GEDI program in Timor-Leste, focused on strengthening Timorese CSOs' advocacy, collaboration, and policy engagement on human rights, gender equality, climate justice, and social inclusion at the national and ASEAN levels.
The Project Manager will provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and coordination across all components for Humanis' work in Timor-Leste.
This position will be based in Dili and is open to Timor-Leste nationals or individuals with a legal right to work in Timor-Leste only (no relocation or visa sponsorship provided).
