Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is seeking an Individual Consultant to serve as Stakeholder Liaison Consultant for the upcoming Networking Event with Potential Financiers under the CAPACities Project in Kupang City, East Nusa Tenggara.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead targeted stakeholder engagement with donors, financing institutions, government, CSOs, and private sector.
- Secure and confirm attendance of high-value participants.
- Facilitate introductions and networking during the event.
- Coordinate post-event follow-up, including partnership leads and bilateral meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, International Relations, Public Policy, Environmental Science, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in donor engagement, partnership development, or resource mobilization.
- Proven track record in engaging high-level stakeholders and climate finance institutions.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Experience with LGUs and CSOs in Indonesia, particularly Eastern Indonesia, is an advantage.
