SCOPE OF WORK
INTERNET CONNECTIVITY - CRS INDONESIA
🔹 Internet Service
- Installation of a 50 Mbps symmetric CIR connection via radio or optical fiber (fiber preferred).
- Provision of a static IP: /29 subnet or at least one public static IP (non-CGNAT).
- Router/modem supplied and configured to work with CRS-owned equipment (Cisco Meraki MX).
- Unlimited usage with no data cap.
🔹 Configuration
- Setup and configuration of router/modem and network equipment.
- Bandwidth testing to confirm performance meets specifications.
- Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) must be Aruba, Cisco, or Mikrotik.
🔹 24/7 Maintenance & Support
- Continuous monitoring of the connection for stability and performance.
- Remote troubleshooting and on-site support when needed.
- Escalation procedures for critical issues.
- Regular optimization and technical assistance for IP management.
🔹 Reporting
- Monthly or quarterly reports on uptime, disruptions, and corrective actions.
- Advance notification of planned maintenance.
🔹 Deliverables
- Full installation of the 50 Mbps CIR connection.
- Router/modem configuration and IP documentation.
- 24/7 support and monitoring services.
- Regular service status reports.
🔹 SLA
- Minimum 99% monthly service availability.
- 24/7 technical support.
- Web portal/app for service quality monitoring.
- Latency to US East Coast ≤ 250 ms, with defined packet loss and jitter limits.
- 3-month probation period.
🔹 Timeline
- Site survey: 2 business days.
- Installation and configuration: 1 week.
- Monitoring and support: activated immediately after installation.
