[newdevjobsindo] Request of EoI Feminist Resource Mobilization and Partnership Strategy Collective Care Fund Project

Humanis is open for collaboration!

Humanis works with grassroots communities across Southeast Asia to advance rights and freedoms across three key areas: Gender Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (GEDI); Civic Rights in the Digital Age (CRiDA); and Climate Justice.

Collective Care Fund or Dayakita aims to strengthen the resilience and impact of at least 84 feminist initiatives through grants, capacity-building and fostering a network for learning, exchange and collaborative action. We envision the Collective Care Fund as a sustainable feminist resourcing mechanism beyond the current project period through diversified resource mobilization, strategic partnerships, and innovative financing approaches that align with feminist values and collective care principle.

And we need your expertise to make this a reality!

For the extended period of this program, Humanis seeks to engage a qualified institution or team of consultants to develop a comprehensive Feminist Resource Mobilization and Partnership Strategy that strengthens the long-term sustainability of the Collective Care Fund through diversified funding pathways, strategic partnerships, and innovative resourcing mechanisms.

Interested candidates are invited to submit a complete proposal package electronically no later than 2 August 2026.
