Yayasan Inisiatif Perubahan Akses menuju Sehat (IPAS) Indonesia, is a local foundation works as affiliation of Ipas global so that women and girls have improved sexual and reproductive health and rights through enhanced access to and use of comprehensive reproductive health care including contraception, as per Indonesia's Law.
Yayasan IPAS Indonesia is looking for a Program Support Assistant (Consultant) to support the administrative and logistical area of program activities.
The Consultant will report to the HR/Office Manager and will work in coordination with other unit within the organization.
I. Task / Objective
The tasks will include but not limited to organize event and/or activity, work with support team to comply to the admin, HR and financial steps and requirements, and keeping program documentation and filing.
II. Scope of Work
- Support and coordinate the administrative area of program activity/event with the PIC
- Ensuring the administrative processes of the activities are organized and efficient;
- Supporting program unit in activities related with procurement processes of goods and services. This will include but not limited to conduct requisition process, completing supporting documents, and ensuring all documents are kept and record as required.
- Administer official travel arrangements of program staff, including reserving air ticket and hotel accommodations as appropriate;
- Supports workshop/meeting/training planning, materials preparations, venue confirmations and communications with attendees;
- Compile all documents needed for financial report of each activity, as assigned.
- Drafting and finalizing written communication – i.e. letter, invitation – from program unit to external stakeholders and partners.
- Organize documentation and filling for all the activities
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management or other relevant discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the area related to administration and office management
· Articulate, professional and able to communicate (both verbal and written) in a clear, positive manner with clients and staff;
- Good command in English (reading, speaking and writing)
- Experience in planning and organizing events, such as meetings, conferences, or workshops
- Experience to work in a multi‐cultural setting
- Ability to work under minimum supervision and under pressure
- High integrity and attention to details

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Community Engagement Officer, based in Jakarta.
Position is open for Indonesian nationality only.
The Community Engagement Officer is responsible for providing technical and implementation support for the project that aim to amplifying voices of women's and girls' victim and survivor of sexual violence to quality and comprehensive services, under Yayasan Inisiatif Perubahan Akses menuju Sehat (IPAS) Indonesia's.
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Community Engagement Officer contributes to ensuring the implementation of the specific project, in collaboration with local partners, monitor service delivery progress and other follow up activities in consultation with the Program Manager.
Responsibilities
Key Reponsibilities
· Participate in project planning thus solid implementation plan is established
· In consultation with the Program Manager, plan and implement project activities. This includes ensuring documentation and reporting of project activity.
· Working closely and coordinate with relevant unit to ensure technical support are provided to project(s). This includes but not limited to advocacy and campaign unit in reference to strategies, activity updates, best practice and resource sharing.
· Maintain regular communication with project partner, civil society movements, and other relevant stakeholders. When deemed necessary, represent Yayasan IPAS Indonesia in relevant networks and events related with the organization's focus issues.
· Coordinate with M&E unit to ensure monitoring plan is implemented properly and timely. This includes but not limited to gather regular data and information and document those accordingly.
· Support the Project Manager in ensuring accountability of the project. This includes but not limited to complying to organizational regulation on financial management as well as admin and procurement standard, keep the required recording, and generate the required reports.
· Contribute to the development of regular project reporting as per required by the organization as well as funding agencies.

· Ensure facilities that pilot the comprehensive SRH service for women and girls understand and practice ethical process and behavior while in partnership and implement program with Yayasan Ipas Indonesia
Other
- Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
· Bachelor degree in social science, international relations or public health with 3-5 years of experience in non-government work, particularly in project implementation
· Master's degree in law, social studies, international relations, or development studies is an advantage.
· Knowledgeable in gender equality and VAW issue and project.
· Good portfolio in advocacy or civil society movement.
· Deep understanding of human rights issues in the country and experience in engagement with law enforcement stakeholders will be an added value.
· Proven analytical thinking skills.
· Fluent in Indonesian (verbal and written communication) and working knowledge of English
· Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
