Backend Programmer (Consulting Services-Individual Consultant)

REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

The Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the World Bank have agreed on support for preparing and implementing the One Map program (5-years IBRD financing project) – (the "Project"), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for individual consultant service as a Backend Programmer. The assignment is expected to start in February 2024 to June 2024.

The position will carry out responsibility for supporting the development of SmartLand Indonesia under the SmartLand Indonesia Phase Two (SLI – 2), including:

1. Develop the Smartland Indonesia backend/features, in server-side development, optimization of data including database creation, management and debugging.

2. Collaborate with front-end developers and UI/UX to match visual design of SLI

3. Integrate data from various back-end services and database, including data exchange feature with the Ministry of ATR/BPN system environment (agreed features)

4. Create Smartland Indonesia portal designed to display and process data survey

5. Create and analyze reliable and secure back-end functionality

The Consultant shall have the following minimum qualifications and experience:

1. Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Informatics Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field

2. at least 10 years of experience on IT Software Development projects

3. Having experience with one of these programming languages such as Java, PostgreSQL, NodeJS, and JSON

4. Proficiency in technical skills related to some softwares and spatial data management, such as QGIS, AutoCAD, GIS
